I was able to get a group of ten of my favorite people into the same room last night to enjoy one of the best events, Atlantic City Restaurant Week! My husband and I hosted/organized the evening and I am proud to say that it was a big success!!
This was the second year in a row that we went to Steve and Cookies by the Bay in Margate City with a large group; some the same people from last year, and some new! I personally enjoyed Butter Poached Clams, Walnut Crusted Black Pearl Salmon, and Organic Pear and Apple Crisp for dessert. I refrained from any alcohol, of course, because of our little baby on the way, but everyone else had a nice assortment of beverages from red wine to limoncello! It was well worth the planning time and every hard-earned penny!
